OI EXCHANGE
A BROWSER-ONLY PROCUREMENT WORKFLOW

From requirement to selection.
See every step.

Try the OI EXCHANGE procurement demo: describe a requirement, invite fictional suppliers, switch roles to submit proposals, and record a buyer's selection and reason. The separate collaboration prototype remains available below.

A local simulation only: no real invitations, supplier accounts, purchasing decisions or cross-device sync. Do not enter sensitive information.

01 / WHY THIS DEMO

Make procurement decisions
easier to follow.

A procurement process should make the requirement, supplier responses and selection reason visible together. This browser-only demo lets you try that sequence with fictional suppliers before considering what a real service would need.

01 / REQUIREMENT

Begin with the buyer’s need

Describe the deliverable and evaluation criteria in a local demand so every simulated proposal can be reviewed against the same brief.

02 / PROPOSALS

See supplier responses together

Add fictional suppliers to a local invitation list, switch demo roles and save one proposal per supplier for the active demand. No invitation is actually sent.

03 / SELECTION

Explain the buyer’s choice

Compare locally saved proposals and record a selection with its reason. This illustrates a decision trail, not an actual award, contract or trusted audit record.

02 / PROCUREMENT DEMO

From demand to selection,
one path you can try.

Try a browser-only procurement scenario without signing up. Act as a buyer to describe a requirement and invite suppliers, then switch to a simulated supplier to submit a proposal. Return to the buyer role to record a selection and its reason. No invitations are sent and no purchasing decision is made.

STEP 01 / DEMAND & INVITATION

Define the need

Enter the requirement and evaluation criteria, then add supplier names to the local invitation list.

STEP 02 / PROPOSAL

Switch roles and respond

Select an invited supplier in the simulation and save an approach and deliverables for buyer review.

STEP 03 / SELECTION

Document the decision

Compare the saved proposals and record which one was chosen and why. The result stays in this browser.

03 / WHAT IS NOT LIVE

A demo, not a supplier portal.

A real procurement service would need verified buyer and supplier accounts, actual invitations, access controls and server-side records. Those features are not available here: role switching is simulated, nothing is sent to suppliers and no purchasing decision is made.

04 / SEPARATE PROTOTYPE

Explore the collaboration prototype

This earlier project-agreement and handoff workspace is a separate browser-only concept, not part of the procurement workflow. To try demand, invitation, proposal and selection, open the procurement demo.

Independent app concept · local demo
This is a local interactive prototype, not a production collaboration platform. Anyone can switch between the two roles and click “Confirm”; that is not real identity verification, signing or authorisation. “AI drafts” are generated from fixed templates, with no model call or message sent to the other party. Data is stored only in this browser’s localStorage. Do not enter sensitive information or real contracts.
